I don't know if it's just me, but I'd like for the Mixels to have comeback. Whether a reboot or reintroduction, I'd be all for it. And hopefully a more coherent and a tighter storyline this time around, rather than being a bunch of one-off shorts and a few specials. I personally think Mixels has a bunch of good ideas and concepts that could've made it another worthwhile series on Cartoon Network. I'm not sure why Mixels was dropped after 2016, though. My guess is that it had to be either due to poor toy sales, or LEGO/CN didn't see much potential/faith in the IP, beyond what was already established and just decided to pull the plug on it. Or maybe both. Who knows for sure, but either way, it's a darn shame that the series didn't gain much in popularity and recognition. But until the time comes, I'll have to keep waiting.
